New models of ice augers
For upcoming season of ice fishing the Group of companies "TONAR" presents several new models of ice-augers: "ICEBERG-MINI 130R" and "INDIGO 130R".
“ICEBERG” series now includes 4 models:
"ICEBERG-EURO 130(R)-1300" with drilling depth up to 4,26 ft. (1,3 m),
"ICEBERG-SIBERIA 130(R)-1600" with drilling depth up to 5,24 ft. (1,6 m),
"ICEBERG-ARCTIC 130(R)-1900" with drilling depth up to 6,23 ft. (1.9 m)
and a new model новая модель – an ice auger "ICEBERG-MINI 130(R)", which is designed for fishing on a thin ice. Diameter – 5, 11 in. (130 mm),drilling depth – up to 2,7 ft. (0.85 m), weight – 5,07 lbs. (2,3 kg). Transport length is only 2, 03 ft. (0.62 m).
ICEBERG ice augers feature new ergonomic design which helps the angler to save precious time while drilling holes and keep fishing. This model has a solid-drawn auger with extended flight pitch of 5.9 inch (150 mm), which insures quick release of sludge from hole; reduces the effort needed for drilling and prevents the auger from jamming. Retrievable head made of strong composite material withstands great loads and guarantees constant cutting angle of the knives. Radial cutting knives are suitable for every ice type and ensure easy drilling. Telescopically extension insert provides adjustment of the length of the auger for various ice thicknesses and fishermen’s height. Slip-proof “warm” handles provide best comfort of winter ice drilling. Sustainable polymer coating withstands sharp temperature fluctuations and heavy mechanical loads. Also we present one new product of our production – ICE AUGER "INDIGO 130(R)-1600" with right rotation. Drilling diameter – 5,11 in. (130 mm). Drilling depth – up to 5, 24 ft. (1600 mm). Length in operating position – 5,24 ft./6,88 ft. (1600/2100 mm). Length in transport position – 3, 85 ft. (1175 mm). Ice auger weight – 7,71 lbs. (3,5 kg). This auger has a durable folding rotational mechanism and reliable fixation of the handle, which insures total lack of free play of the handle. Telescopic adapter extension enables to gradually increase the drilling depth up to 4.9 ft. (1600 mm). Slip-proof “warm” handles provide best comfort of winter ice drilling.
